The trends, features
and suburbs defining
luxury in 2026

The incredible home in Brisbane’s leafy western suburbs has one very unique feature.

Apart from its immense size and scale, the impressive tri-level executive entertainer at 7 Satinwood Court, Bardon actually has a bar that is an exact replica of the original bar in Boston used on the set of the old hit TV show Cheers

The previous owner was a big fan of the show and travelled to Boston to measure up the bar and then recreate the magic in his grand Bardon home.

The five bedroom home has been home to Paul Tully, his wife and children for the last 13 years. Over the years the family has played host to up to five extra nieces and nephews who stayed for various stints as they completed studies or apprenticeships. The Tullys have remodelled a lot of the interior over the years from bathrooms to the kitchen plus updated a lot of the soft furnishings, and added plantation shutters.

“The home has great city views and it’s very high on the hill and so gets great breezes in the evening. There’s quite a lot of space and the living area for the children is on another level. The master bedroom is huge, one of the biggest bedrooms I have ever seen.” Plus you would almost have a game of cricket in the walk-in wardrobe it is that big.

“The bar area is quite unique. The previous owner was a music producer and slightly eccentric so he modeled it on the bar from Cheers. When we bought the house it had flashing lights and was full of American sporting memorabilia,” laughed Mr Tully, who is the Managing Director of McInnes Wilson Lawyers in Brisbane.

“You can entertain very successfully at this house plus it’s only 3km to Suncorp Stadium and I sometimes walk into work in the CBD too.”

Ray White CBD Residential agent Julian Gardner said the home ascends “like a monolith out of one of Bardon's most exclusive enclaves”.

“This is enormous tri-level executive entertainer on 1263sq m of land which impressively asserts itself into a wonderful environment of prestige properties emanating highly unique and distinguishing qualities. And the bar - overlooking the city lights - is like a parent’s utopia.”

The home goes to auction on November 16 at 4pm, if not sold prior.
