Local agents and long-time residents, Matt Giblin and his wife Kat, have announced they are the proud new owners of the sales and property management divisions at Ray White Daw Park.

The duo took over the real estate operations this week, after non-selling Principal, Nick Hondrou decided to focus solely on his Loan Market mortgage broking business.

“Nick and the Loan Market business are still firmly ingrained in the business. The decision was made to create a leadership team across three specialist areas - I focus on sales, Kat looks after Property Management and Nick is running the mortgage broking side,” Matt explains.

After five years working as a sales agent and auctioneer in the business, Matt says he is excited to step into a selling principal role.

“Prices across the inner-south are still very strong. There are really good schools in the area, and a mix of housing so it appeals to investors and families alike,” he said.

Ray White South Australia’s, Matthew Lindblom, said the move was a natural step for the business.

“Matt and Kat have been pillars in the Daw Park team for many years - they have already achieved so much. This step into business ownership is an exciting time and we look forward to supporting them as they continue to succeed.”

For Ray White Daw Park, the ambition is simple: continue to provide a holistic service to the local community.

“We pride ourselves on being able to service our clients no matter what they need - that service is only going to get stronger.

“We’re really looking forward to working even more closely with our community as business owners,” Matt said.

Proudly representing Adelaide’s inner-south, Ray White Daw Park have close partnerships with local schools and sporting clubs.
