There are four auction events going ahead across the Gold Coast this January, including two multi-office mega events, The Event and the Gold Coast Auction Experience.
On January 25, Ray White Bell Group, Ray White Alliance, and Ray White Sanctuary Cove will join forces for The Event, where they will send around 100 properties under the hammer. The Event will take place at Royal Pines Resort, with a mix of residential and commercial properties up for auction.
The Gold Coast Auction experience will be held on January 31 at the Star Casino, and will see more than 150 properties go under the hammer, with four Ray White businesses on the Gold Coast coming together to showcase the best property the region has to offer.
Ray White Malan + Co, Ray White Robina, Ray White TMG, and Ray White Surfers Paradise all have hot auctions at the Auction Experience, with a variety of properties from the north to the south.
Ray White Main Beach will have 16 properties going under the hammer as part of their Alfresco Auctions event on January 24. The auctions will be held outside their Main Beach office at 23 Tedder Avenue. The event comprises seven residential properties and nine commercial properties.
Ray White Tugun will also be holding nine auctions on January 29.
Ray White COO and auctioneer Gavin Croft said the auction events were the highlight of the Queensland property market in January every year.
