Born in Queensland, Nerissa's family made the pivotal decision to relocate to the Riverland when she was just two years old, drawn by the desire to be closer to her mother's family roots. Following her education and the completion of her Diploma in Childcare, she briefly ventured away to pursue her career interests but found herself inevitably drawn back to her hometown when an exciting opportunity arose.

Since October of 2022, Nerissa has been actively involved in the local real estate scene, leveraging her invaluable experiences and insights gained from assisting her parents with the management of their rental properties. This early exposure instilled in her a comprehensive understanding of property dynamics and operational intricacies, laying a solid foundation for her professional journey in the industry.

Prior to her immersion in real estate, Nerissa garnered diverse leadership experiences through various employment roles, including positions as a front-end supervisor and a dedicated room leader for three-year-olds. Her adeptness in scheduling, rostering, and her exemplary performance led her to be recognized as a finalist for the esteemed "Rising Star in Property Management" award, a testament to her dedication and excellence in her field.

Outside of work, she finds solace in the pages of a good book, cherishes quality time spent with her family and friends, and frequently embarks on adventurous trips to the Yorke Peninsula with her partner.
