Narelle continues the legacy of her parents with her husband Richard as Directors and shareholder in Ray White Karratha and intense involvement throughout the community in business chapters, sporting clubs, charitable bodies, while still raising two children.

Over the past seventeen years Narelle's experience at Ray White Karratha albeit in property management, human resources, sales, administration, shareholder, and board member layers a level of confidence to the business that if extra resources in any sector is required Narelle is able to comply.

Communities make the world go around, none more than regional towns and this is a motto that Narelle and Richard truly believe in.  Narelle has served on numerous committees over the years but it is with pride as a breast cancer survivor that she Co-Chairs Karratha's own Reach Us Pilbara Board, a not for profit charity set up to support those in the Pilbara on their cancer journey by providing support services that are not provided in the country.
