Monique started her journey with Ray White Malan + Co in 2017 as the Database, Events and Social Media Coordinator, where she learned the importance of running a clean and systemized business.

After a year in this initial role, Monique moved into a Personal Assistant role to one of our Elite Agents. During this time she honed her skills in organisation and rounded out her Real Estate knowledge.

After enrolling in a Masters of Business with a Marketing Specialisation degree at Bond University, Monique moved into a part-time Digital Marketer role for the duration of her study. Once complete, she came back to full-time work as Marketing Manager and Events Coordinator, where she was able to implement the skills refined within her studies.

After some time, Monique took leave from her role as her family expanded. Since coming back from parental leave, she's stepped into a business manager role, continuing to use her knowledge of the company, as well as what she learned during her studies to help in the companies day to day success.

She brings with her a well-rounded understanding of all things business organisation and is driven to assist in the growth and expansion of Ray White Malan + Co. 

We've had the pleasure of watching Monique grow and learn throughout her time with us, and we look forward to seeing her blossom even further.
