After first calling Broome home in the 90s, Monica has built a remarkable career spanning more than two decades across multiple industries between Queensland and now back in Broome again, culminating in her role as a Lead Sales Consultant with Ray White Broome.

Since joining the Ray White Broome team, Monica has worked alongside some of Western Australia’s top-performing sales consultants, playing an integral role in their success and contributing to many of the office’s record-breaking results. Now leading her own team, Monica continues to deliver exceptional outcomes for her clients through her strong negotiation skills, deep local knowledge, and genuine care for the people she works with.

Known for her approachable nature and results-driven mindset, Monica ensures every selling and buying experience is seamless, professional, and personalised. Supported by a dedicated team, she takes pride in providing service that reflects both the high standards of the Ray White brand and the warmth of the Broome community.

What do you do for fun.

I love to keep fit - I enjoy swimming, boxing, running and gym work. I am training for the Lake Argyle swim and the upcoming Broome Triathlons. 

Your life would be meaningless without.

Firstly, my husband Paul loves to cook (how lucky am I). My family and friends, including my two sons, Will and Lucas. I recently became a great Aunty and love spending time with little Zephyr.  I also need to include daily exercise in my life. 

What do you like most about your work?

Working in real estate is an exciting and diverse industry. I enjoy meeting new people and helping buyers find their dream home. I love challenges and joined Ray White as I feel they are the best agency in Broome.
