Born and brought up in Bordertown and attending Bordertown Primary and High School, in 2009 at age 17 Mikyla moved to Adelaide to Study Hospitality and Event Planning. After completing her certificate 3 & 4 in Hospitality she went on to work at the Majestic Roof Garden Hotel supervising functions and the restaurant. After 2 years she moved on to the Majestic Old Lion Apartments in the Front Desk and reservations.

In 2013 when planning her wedding she felt that she needed a change in career and was offered a position as Sales Administration at Ray White Adelaide. After a year in Administration Mikyla began her Real Estate Sales course while working as a Personal Assistant to a salesperson and Property Management Assistant. Upon completing her certificate took on a Business Development Management role in the business.

Mikyla and Her husband Matt after 7 years in Adelaide decided to return to the country. Coming with a range of experience working in Real Estate and the opportunity to work at Ray White Bordertown, being the family business, was the perfect fit.

Mikyla has always had an Interest in Real Estate and the move back to the Tatiara has given her the opportunity to be back close to Family and to further her Real Estate career.
