Mikaela began her real estate career as a sales assistant for Ray White in 2014. Whilst there she found her passion for Real Estate and knew from then, she wanted to pursue a career in the industry however identified that the area of Property Management was a better fit and re-directed herself down that path.

 

The Real Estate industry appeals to Mikaela as she finds that she is tackling different situations each day which creates the opportunity to expand her skills and to develop new ones. Falling in love with the high intensity work flow of the industry which she believes energises her to reach her goals.

 

Working as a Property Manager, Mikaela thrives to keep her clients satisfied with her day to day duties. Mikaela believes that having a professional and positive relationship with clients is most important as its key to having a successful business.

 

Mikaela is certain that working with a great team and genuinely being passionate about what you do is the key to enjoying your job.

 

Outside of work Mikaela enjoys spending time with her friends and family and going to the footy to support her team St Kilda.
