Michele Cresswell is one of Brisbane’s few Principals dedicated and experienced in Property Management. With nearly 25 years experience in the Real Estate Industry and over 22 years dedicated to the Ray White Group Michele has gained experience and expertise not easily matched.
Purchasing Ray White Annerley alongside Geoff Sellars in 2011 they realised that to provide better service to their clients a different dedication was required to enable strong growth in Residential Sales and Residential Property Management. With her business partner focusing on the Sales Department Michele is able to Lead the Property Management Department.
Michele has been dedicated to developing a level of service for our Landlords and Tenants not previously provided in our marketplace. Michele has developed and continues to develop a team of well educated Property Managers and consultants to ensure our clients continue to receive quality and respected service. Having a dedicated Principal to our Property Management department enables us to adapt our services to cater for different landlords as well as adapting to new working environments and technology.
Since commencement the agency has become one of the largest local Property Management companies.. This growth has come from providing quality service and consistency to our clients. Our Google Review demonstrates the level of service provided to both tenants and landlords and has enabled us to organically grow the properties we manage.
Coming from a background of running and managing successful Award Winning Ray White offices Michele has previously been contracted by numerous Ray White Franchises and Ray White Corporate to oversee the implementation of new businesses to the group and streamline and improve their systems. Attention to detail, accountability and a dedication to do the little things right have seen her excel in previous roles and has positioned her to ensure the service and systems provided to Ray White Annerley clients, customers and employees is of a high standard.
