With a decade of real estate experience, Mia brings a calm, capable and client-focused approach to property management.

Her journey in the industry began at just 15, opening homes for sales agents on weekends to get a foot in the door. From there, she quickly stepped into full-time real estate and hasn’t looked back. After starting her career in a Ray White office in Sydney, she relocated to Ray White AKG to stay within a team and brand she truly valued. Over the years, she has built experience across sales, commercial property, and team leadership, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the industry.

One of her greatest strengths is her ability to de-escalate situations and communicate effectively with both landlords and tenants, ensuring outcomes are handled with professionalism and care.

Now approaching 10 years in the industry, she still finds the greatest enjoyment in the variety each day brings, no two situations are ever the same.

Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Queensland with her husband and two sausage dogs, embracing the adventure of discovering their new home state.

Clients can expect a dedicated property manager who treats every investment as if it were her own, with a strong focus on care, communication, and consistency.
