Her career began in Property Management, where she advanced from Property Manager to Business Development Manager and ultimately to leading the division and a team of property managers. It was here that Melissa discovered her love for sales — building relationships, growing portfolios, and helping clients achieve their goals.

Now working alongside her husband, Samuel Young, Melissa combines her professional expertise with a personal touch. As a mum of two young boys, she relates to the needs of families and understands the importance of making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
