With a long and prosperous 15 year career in Sales and Client Management prior to joining Ray White, Melissa honed her sales skills working as a Sales and Complaints Manager for one of the best-known mobile-led multimedia companies; Optus. Mel steps into the role of Head of Campaign Management bringing a wealth of experience and an undeniable passion for real estate to the Ray White Barossa Valley | Two Wells team.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are as invaluable to Mel in real estate as they were in her previous role and in the sales deparment she learnt, and developed a love for, the art of selling.

Successful, trustworthy and caring with the ability to actively listen to her client’s needs, impart excellent product knowledge, and provide impeccable customer service are skills and abilities that Mel has effortlessly transferred from her previous sales experience to her new role in real estate.
