Matthew Lay is a true local, born and bred in Kiama. With real estate in his blood, (and the hot topic of many discussions around the kitchen table) Matthew joined Ray White Kiama in 2014 and started his career as a Sales Associate working alongside Principal Michele Lay and has established himself as a well-respected and integral member of the Ray White Kiama sales team. Matthew is married to Jessica, also a Kiama local and together they have a set of beautiful twin boys. They enjoy living locally and extol the benefits of the Kiama area regularly to their friends and colleagues. Matthew and his wife are now Co-Directors in the Ray White Kiama business.
Matthew realises that any Vendor’s objective is to maximize the sale price of their property and that it is his role to help them achieve that with as little stress as possible. Using a combination of thorough preparation, proven Ray White marketing strategies, market knowledge, and “good old-fashioned” hard work he has delivered record results and exceeds Vendors' expectations time and time again.
Having a cool head and a strong desire to succeed, he has successfully negotiated a number of record sales for both vendors and purchasers alike. Matthew understands that each and every property is unique and deserves a unique approach. Matthew is the “new breed” of Real Estate Agent, that is young, IT savvy and understands the digital marketing space that is increasingly important in the sale of property.
