Living, loving and selling the Whitsundays is a true passion for Lynne Erricker, who has lived in the region for most of her life. With four generations of her family calling the Whitsundays home, Lynne can genuinely be described as a true local.
Before entering the industry, Lynne obtained her full real estate licence, setting the foundation for a career built on professionalism, integrity and deep local knowledge. Real estate is very much a family passion. Together with her husband, Lynne owned and operated her own real estate office, and over the years welcomed her daughters into the business.
In 2023, Lynne was joined by her eldest daughter Bobby, who works alongside her as Personal Assistant, forming a highly organised and dynamic team. More recently, Sabrina Papadopoulos joined Team Erricker as Sales Associate, bringing a calm, caring and detail-driven approach. Sabrina’s people-focused nature, strong communication skills and attention to detail perfectly complement the team, ensuring clients feel supported every step of the way.
Much of Lynne’s business comes from repeat clients and referrals — a true testament to the trust she builds with her community. Lynne loves working in real estate and is often quoted as saying she lives in Paradise and works in Heaven.
