Lyndal is the Principal’s Executive Assistant and company operations manager, bringing over 20 years of experience in business administration to the team. Her background spans from managing a family dental practice to running her own floristry business, giving her a rare mix of organizational expertise and entrepreneurial insight that ensures the smooth running of both our office and sales operations.

A lifelong Richmond Valley local, Lyndal has a genuine connection to the community and an instinctive understanding of its needs. Known for her strong communication skills, meticulous organisation, and collaborative nature, she provides invaluable support across a wide range of responsibilities—from managing daily correspondence and office logistics to streamlining sales processes.

Beyond the office, Lyndal is a proud mum of three energetic boys. She enjoys exploring the local region, nurturing her creative side through numerous creative hobbies, and can often be found on the sidelines cheering at her sons rugby games.
