Liam Kirkwood is an award winning Agent & Auctioneer who continues to make a name for him in the livestock, property and real estate industry. At just 29 years old Liam the principal of Ray White Rural Townsville, is one of the youngest principals in Australia.
Liam won the prestigious ALPA Queensland Young Auctioneers competition at the Royal Brisbane Show in 2019, and continued his success, winning the title of the 2021 ALPA National Young Auctioneer at the Royal Easter Show in Sydney. In its 30th year the 2021 National competition was bigger than ever with a field of 16 national finalists from around Australia competing for the title.
The newly minted principal has worked in the Rural industry his entire career, and is no stranger to real estate marketing and running a small business. He had been working at Ray White Rural Townsville since January 2019 and has built extensive contacts in both New South Wales and Queensland.
