Liam joined the team in October 2024 as a Business Development Associate, and is now working as a Business Development Manager and Commercial Property Leasing Agent. 

He was born and raised in Warrnambool and graduated from Year 12 at Brauer College in 2018. Liam continued working part-time at McDonalds and worked various positions with the Country Fire Authority, including being an active Fire Fighter with the Warrnambool Fire Brigade since 2016.

Liam completed his Agent’s Representative Course in 2021 and went on to work at Deakin Residential Services in student accommodation. Although not in the Real Estate industry, Liam has been exposed to and learned a lot of transferrable skills and he also brings with him a strong can-do, opportunistic attitude, a strong work-ethic and extensive customer service and communication skills.

Liam is passionate about property and looks forward to building strong, authentic relationships with those in the community.

Outside of work and CFA, Liam enjoys getting into the gym or getting out with his two dogs or catching up with family and friends.
