Born, raised, and educated in Shanghai, China, and having studied and worked in Tokyo, Japan, Li is remarkably tri-lingual with fluency in Mandarin, Shanghainese, and Japanese. Having moved to Australia in 1998, she was a highly desired interpreter that serviced the retail and insurance sectors, where she was awarded a top salesperson position.

Li is a talented communicator and a confident negotiator who can establish and instill trust in her clientele. She is able to isolate any problems or concerns in a warm and friendly manner, and she quickly finds solutions for these hurdles to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients.
