Lee Anderson is a long term resident having arrived in Broome in 1986. She has an extensive background in hospitality having worked at Cable Beach Club Resort for 15 years in Front Office, Reservations and Accounts positions. She then went on to Lecturer at Tafe Kimberley in Hospitality and Tourism for a further 10 years before taking on a 5 year management position as Portfolio Manager for 13 diverse program areas across the 6 campuses in the Kimberley.

Lee prides herself on providing a very high level of customer service and has always had a passion for real estate. When the opportunity arose in Broome she obtained her Real Estate Sales Representative License and with skills learned from her previous occupations in hospitality and admin management she had a successful 2 years listing and selling in Broome in 2016 - 2018 and joined the Ray White Broome team in 2019. 

30 Seconds with Lee Anderson:

What is the best advice anyone has given you? 

"I remember my Dad telling me when I was first starting out in my working career ’If you’re going to do a job do it right the first time’ - in other words don’t slack off and have to go back and do it again. He would tell me to do what the job expected from me, do it well and to put in a bit extra and then no-one would have any reason to complain."

What do you do for fun? 

"My Mum instilled in me a passion for travel and the experiences gained from this.  I have been lucky enough to see a lot of my own country, Australia, and to have had many amazing overseas travels.  I recently called time out, hooked up my caravan and travelled around Australia for 7 months, totally recommend this!"

What would your life would be meaningless without?

"I could not exist without the love and support of my amazing 4 kids, 3 grandkids (no. 4 on the way!) my beautiful family, many wonderful friends spread across Australia and our amazing Kyle Andrews Foundation family."
