Having grown up in the area, Leala’s extensive knowledge of real estate in the Macarthur region and the current market conditions led her to find her perfect fit working alongside the high performing, passionate and committed Business Development team at Ray White Macarthur Group.

Having started her career in real estate as a property officer then property manager she learnt the importance of clients having an efficient and hardworking manager that took the worry and stress off them and got the job done while taking care of their most important assets at the same time. She then moved onto being a sales assistant for one of the top performers in the Ray White network for the metro area. It was here that she developed the skills of understanding the buying process and the emotions involved in purchasing a home.
