His professional approach is also shaped by a career that started outside real estate. Lance completed a panel-beating apprenticeship, where precision, preparation and attention to detail were non-negotiable. His skills were recognised when he was selected to work with the 1999 Gold Coast Indy repair team.

He later spent more than two years living, working and travelling throughout the United Kingdom and Europe, part of a broader travel history that now includes more than 23 countries. That exposure to different people, communities and cultures has helped shape a grounded and adaptable communicator.

Away from work, Lance is a father of three, Orlando, Sebastian and Kiara. Much of his time revolves around family, sport and an active lifestyle, including cycling, gym training, clay shooting, road trips and days at the beach. He also values wellness and recovery, including sauna and cold plunge sessions as part of maintaining balance between work and family life.

A former professional go-kart racer in his younger years, Lance has always been comfortable with preparation, focus and making decisions under pressure. Today, those qualities sit alongside 18 years of real estate experience and a deep connection to Brisbane’s northside.
