Ken has experienced great success in his extensive 42 years sales and marketing career and has been awarded many prestigious Awards within the Ray White International Group (see below).
Ken moved to the Gold Coast in 1982 from a small country town in NSW after holidaying here for several years. Ken has lived in many suburbs around the Gold Coast including Burleigh Heads, Miami, Broadbeach, Mermaid Beach, Surfers Paradise, Chevron Island, Labrador and Worongary. Ken discovered and fell in love with Tallebudgera Valley over 21 years ago and has proudly called it home since then.
Ken started his sales career selling financial services for the AMP Society in 1983 where he built a very strong business, purchasing his first home at age 23). 5 years later in 1988 Ken sold his AMP business, house, car etc to fulfill a dream and travel overseas which he did for over 4 years visiting, living and/or working in 46 different countries.
Some exciting roles overseas were as a Tour Guide and Advertising Executive for the London Walkabout Club and Australasian Traveller Magazine based in London.
When Satellite TV first came to London Ken was selling subscriptions door to door which was very lucrative and lots of fun.
Ken also worked as a waiter at the "Hard Rock Cafe" in Cape Town South Africa and sold perfume and watches door to door, spending 11 months in Africa altogether.
Back in Australia in 1993 he worked in several Advertising Sales roles with "Information Gold Coast" a high quality tourist magazine in the main 5 star hotels/resorts and then for several years with the "Big Colour Pages" when they launched in QLD to compete with Yellow Pages.
In 2001 Ken started his own business promoting music concerts and festivals which he did for nearly 10 years on the Gold Coast.
Ken started selling Real Estate in 2010 and has completed in excess of 300 sales locally, (predominantly in Currumbin Valley and Tallebudgera Valley). Ken loves introducing buyers to our wonderful Valleys and helping owners to Sell when the timing is right for them.
His passion for helping people is sincere and renowned as he possesses a work ethic rarely seen in real estate – this is reflected in the high volume of repeat business from his many satisfied customers and the many referrals he receives.
People are amazed when they discover how close the peaceful valleys are to beaches and everything else the Gold Coast has to offer and Ken loves nothing more than sharing his extensive knowledge of the valleys with anyone contemplating a change.
