With a background in marketing and digital media and over four years’ experience in the
premium property industry, Kathryn brings a vibrant perspective to her role with the Ray
White Bayside Group. Known for her clear and collaborative approach, she is an efficient
and digital-savvy creative willing to go the distance to ensure clients experience exceptional
service.

Kathryn’s passion for the property industry came unexpectedly, however over time, and
through purchasing her own property, she has developed an appreciation for guiding clients
through such a significant milestone and understands the importance of a personable and
reassuring approach. “I know what it’s like to want an approachable and understanding team
supporting you through such an important decision, and I want to be able to provide that to
others to help make their property journey seamless and stress-free”.

Currently undertaking her Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, Kathryn is ambitious about
broadening her knowledge about the industry and exploring how else she can work hand in
hand with both clients and colleagues.

A Bayside local, Kathryn is an active individual who enjoys the gym and finding happiness
through dance, she is equally food motivated and will spend her weekends exploring new
locations with her friends. When she is not at work or working out, she is at home with her
two cats working on renovating her apartment.

While she is known to regularly have a laugh, she takes her responsibilities and morning
coffee order seriously with a critical eye for detail and an always colour-coordinated
calendar.
