Karla has been with Ray White New Farm (RWNF) since 2010, starting at the front desk managing first impressions, and uncovering her passion for real estate she progressed after 8 months to become the Business Development Manager in Growth for RWNF Property Management under the guidance and ownership of Haesley Cush. Karla’s knowledge and insight about how this side of the business runs is arguably one of the best, particularly within New Farm and Teneriffe.
Within 3 years of being in this role, she had grown the business rental pool from 200 to 500 properties and was bestowed numerous awards within the Ray White Group including the Growth and Wealth Award for transacting over 160 properties in 2014. Having learnt and excelled on the rentals side of the business she wanted to develop her career further, working alongside Principal Agent Matt Lancashire as a Sales Associate for 2 1/2 years becoming an integral part of some of Queensland’s most significant sales and involved in $130,000,000 worth of inner city real-estate sales.
By 2016 she had studied from one of the best and was ready to begin her career as a Sales & Marketing Agent. Continuing to grow and learn after almost a decade in this role, her client satisfaction is her passion.
