Karisa joins our team in a leasing role, bringing with her a strong background in customer service and administration. Having worked in hospitality as a barista for several years before transitioning into reception and administrative positions, she has developed exceptional communication and organisational skills that serve her well in her real estate career.

A long-time Ballarat local, Karisa has lived in the area since the age of four and has a strong appreciation for the local community and property market. Her interest in real estate was inspired by her passion for interior design and her desire to help clients find homes that suit their lifestyle and needs.

Outside of work, Karisa enjoys keeping active, relaxing at home, cooking and baking, and heading out on road trips to explore new places.
