Originally from Liaoning, China, Julian moved to Melbourne, Australia, in 2003 to pursue a Master of Marketing at Monash University. Upon graduating, he returned to Beijing in 2005 and embarked on a six-year tenure in the automotive industry, specializing in Customer Relationship Management for globally renowned brands such as Toyota, Mercedes-Benz, and BMW.

In 2011, following family relocation, Julian moved back to Melbourne, where he explored various professional ventures, including operating a small business, before transitioning into the real estate sector in 2017. Throughout his career, Julian has adhered to a core principle: building and maintaining authentic, long-term client relationships as the foundation of success. This value has proven especially vital in the real estate industry.

As a long-time resident of Legend Park Estate in City of Monash, Julian possesses extensive local knowledge, which, combined with his bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin, enables him to provide outstanding service to a diverse clientele. Outside of work, Julian enjoys traveling, exploring new experiences, and spending quality time with his family. He is often seen in the neighborhood with his two children and two border collies.
