Jo joined Ray White Gladstone in 2016, initially as an assistant to leading sales agent Derran Corke before moving into the role of Sales Department Administrator. She was promoted to Operations Manager in late 2023 and became Property Operations Manager in 2024, where she plays a key role in streamlining operational processes.

With over 12 years of experience in the building and housing industry, Jo has held roles as a construction manager, office manager, and interior designer. Her background has equipped her with skills in customer service, contract administration, accounting, quoting, and sales, enabling her to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high service standards. 

Jo has called Gladstone home since 2004, building a life with her husband and two children. Her strong community ties, diverse expertise, and leadership make her an invaluable asset to the Ray White Gladstone team.
