Beginning his real estate career with Ray White Ballarat in 2015, Jesse spent seven years with the business before moving to another local agency, where he continued to build his experience, knowledge and client network. Returning to Ray White feels like coming home, bringing him back to the business where his real estate career began.

As a Sales Consultant, Jesse] works closely with property owners throughout every stage of the selling process, from understanding a property's value and preparing it for market, through to developing the right marketing strategy, negotiating with buyers and achieving the best possible result.

Communication, negotiation and relationships are at the heart of his approach. Jesse believes clients deserve clear, honest advice and regular communication, and takes pride in making what can often be a stressful process as straightforward as possible. His strong understanding of marketing and buyer behaviour also allows him to strategically position properties to attract the right buyers and maximise their appeal.

Having lived in Ballarat since 2002, Jesse has a genuine connection to the local community and an appreciation for the diversity of the region's property market. From period homes and established family areas to new estates, lifestyle properties and surrounding townships, he enjoys helping people navigate the many opportunities Ballarat has to offer.

For Jesse, real estate is about more than the transaction. Much of his business comes through repeat clients and referrals built on relationships developed over many years. He aims to be someone clients can continue to turn to for property advice long after a sale has settled.

Outside of real estate, Jesse enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, family and friends, and being involved in the local community. In 2026, he stepped outside his comfort zone to compete in Ballarat's Dancing with our Stars, helping support the local community through the event.

He also proudly supports the Royal South Street Society, an organisation that has a personal connection through his daughter's involvement in dance.
