Understanding the art of advertising having previously working in print and graphic design, and then working for a short time as a carpenter, James said his launch into real estate career was a natural progression, bringing together his knowledge and well-developed people skills.

I’ve always had a natural and genuine interest in houses. After leaving school I started a degree in Advanced Building Design and always wanted to do something involving houses and property, hence the carpentry business. But I’m a people-person I love to see people happy which led me to real estate . . . and I’ve never looked back’’.
