He holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from the University of Technology Sydney and is committed to advancing his career in the real estate industry.

Having lived on the Lower North Shore for the majority of his life, James has a deep understanding of the local market. Prior to joining the team, he gained valuable experience in leasing and property management at an ASX-listed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), where he honed his market knowledge and professional skills.

In his personal time, James is an avid sports enthusiast, enjoying rugby, cricket, golf, and surfing. His passion for these activities reflects his dedication to personal growth. James is focused on building a long-term career in real estate, with a particular interest in specialising in site sales and the acquisition of development sites.

James has just sold a Heritage Listed, DA Approved home in Willoughby, and is gearing up to list a DA Approved site in Cremorne along with another exciting development opportunity in Northbridge.
