Bella began her career in the real estate industry on reception in 2025, where she developed strong communication, organization, and client service skills while being the first point of contact for clients and supporting the daily operations of the office. These skills have supported her transition into the property management team as a Business Development Manager Assistant, where she plays a key role in assisting with business development, supporting the management of investment properties, and ensuring a high level of service for both landlords and tenants.

With one year of industry experience, Bella is known for her friendly and approachable nature and enjoys building genuine relationships with clients while contributing to the continued growth of the Ray White Asset Management team. Bella is passionate about developing her knowledge within the property management sector and is excited to continue progressing in her real estate career while further strengthening her skills within the industry.

A natural people person, she also takes pride in creating positive connections within the community and is currently involved in the Grafton Jacaranda Festival as the reigning Princess, where she continues to support fundraising and community engagement throughout the local community.
