Iresha has been considering joining real estate for the last four years and finally made a decision to join as Personal Assistant to Chaminda to learn all aspects of being a Sales Consultant.

Over the last four years Iresha has purchased two investment properties and has sold her own house, so has always had an interest in real estate in general.  With a background in customer service and her interest in real estate, Iresha is confident in the level of customer care she can provide to her clients.

Iresha believes the level of communication affects the outcome of the sales process; her job is to assist Chaminda in all aspects to improve communication between vendors and potential buyers and to provide them with better experience than any other real estate company.

Iresha believes the key to enjoying her job is performing tasks under the rules and policies of the company and try to achieve targets that have been set out by her employer.

In her spare time Iresha enjoys reading books and spending time with her daughter.
