Hamish Eaton is a Sales Associate specialising in Middle Cove and Castle Cove, working alongside Stewart Gordon in the Willoughby office of the Ray White Lower North Shore Group.

Born in Sydney and raised on the Gold Coast, Hamish studied Film and Television Production before returning to Sydney at 18 for a career in live television broadcasting. In 2021 he joined the NSW Police Force, spending three and a half years in the Eastern Beaches command — work that gave him a deep respect for local communities and the ability to communicate with people from every walk of life. In 2023 he joined the Australian Defence Force Army Reserves, where he continues to serve, sharpening his teamwork, communication and resilience. In March 2025, seeking a new challenge, he moved from policing into real estate.

Today Hamish focuses on the tightly held pockets of Middle Cove and Castle Cove — the split-level and architect-designed homes along the ridgelines, the bushland fringes of Harold Reid Reserve and Sugarloaf Bay, and the family appeal of the Castle Cove Public School catchment.
