As our new Rural Property Sales Agent , Greg brings with him a wealth of experience in the Agricultural sector. Growing up on the family farm near Tullibigeal where the family had a mixed farming enterprise including, cereal cropping, sheep both fat lambs and wool and cattle.

Since leaving the home farm he has worked in varying roles in Ag. From running his own contracting business, to head stockman and management roles.

Before moving to Young Greg had spent 20 years with DPI as Beef Cattle manager EMAI, a diverse job involving the managment of a 600 head cow herd with backgrounding for 1500 steers plus irrigated pastures and cropping over 4000 acres.

Although new to sales Greg believes his experience on "both sides of the fence" will be a great advantage to all involved in a property sale. "I think I know what a farm means to the owners, its not just a house or a business, but a way of life and it can be hard when time comes to sell, however on the other side of the coin a buyer is probably going to be looking at things more from a straight out business point of veiw, It's my job to help the two parties find common ground".

Since moving to Young Greg and his family have been involved in local sporting clubs, and with his daughters at Hennessy, they are getting to know the Young scene and loving their time spent in the Hilltops region.
