With over two decades of hands-on property experience, having personally owned, renovated, and sold multiple properties, Greg brings a grounded and practical understanding of real estate that goes well beyond the textbook. His 35-year career has been built entirely on customer service, spanning roles in retail travel where he explored over 50 countries, and most recently a long-term position with John Deere covering the Boyup Brook region and surrounds. That role saw Greg forge lasting relationships with farmers and rural landowners across the area, giving him an intimate knowledge of the local community and the people who make it tick.
Greg's approach to real estate comes down to people. Whether you are selling a property you have poured your heart into or searching for the right place to call home, Greg understands that it is one of the biggest decisions you will make. He is a good listener who follows through on his word, earns your trust and works hard to find the right property journey for you. His focus is on building genuine relationships with his clients and sharing in the reward of seeing things through, from that first conversation to a result everyone feels good about.
"Property is your most important asset and something people put a lot of thought into. Whether you are buying or selling, you need guidance from someone you can trust to look after you throughout the process and walk the journey with you." Greg Ball
When he's not working with clients, you'll find Greg on his own 5-acre property in the Shire of Boyup Brook, home to a cow, sheep, chickens, turkeys, guinea fowls, two Maremmas, and one Jack Russell. A proud local of nearly 2 decades, he spends his downtime having coffee on the balcony with his wife overlooking the farm, canoeing the Blackwood River with his son, or singing songs with his daughter on drives through the country.
