Giovanni was born in Townsville in the 80’s. Growing up in Mundingburra with an upbringing surrounded by the building industry, his parents established G and T Spinella Builders in the early 70’s. This was the first time Giovanni got a taste of property development and the diverse skill set required to manage such a project. His Father, Gino, was a Master Builder, leading projects from concept to delivery. At an early age, he saw his father relocate homes and redevelop large home sites. With a vision of capitalising on medium to high density residential living without compromising livability. Giovanni worked alongside his Father on the tools and in the planning stages for many years to come. This, in turn, forged Giovanni’s love and passion for property and he began undertaking his own projects in 2006.
Before long, Giovanni found that his adaptability combined with marketing, technology and energy led him to continue driving to push industry boundaries, forged by his success, not only for projects but also for asset acquiring, negotiations and sales.
As the Director and Lead Sale’s Agent of Ray White Townsville, his vision on growth and breaking the traditional mould of Real Estate sales strategies is his drive.
