Geoff began his real estate career in 1987 and has been a Lower North Shore market leader since 1994. With his friend and colleague Richard Harding, Geoff established the business over 20 years ago in Mosman, today he guides a team of over 50 professionals.
As Co-founder and Director, Geoff maintains a hands-on approach to each and every listing. He guides his team and takes charge of all creative, strategy and engagement of the prestige property market across the lower north shore. Geoff considers himself lucky to be appointed to sell an individual’s home. “I personally control the entire process from listing right through to settlement and beyond,” Geoff explains. Geoff works alongside some of the best in the business which enables him to capitalise on Ray White’s world class technology system and the Ray White Lower North Shore Group’s comprehensive database. He is in regular contact with potential buyers both locally and internationally, and has an in-depth understanding of their requirements. As proactive as Geoff is individually, he sees each sale as a team effort and never underestimates the value of those around him.

He is excited about each listing opportunity and has built his business on the basis of recommendations and referrals. “My ultimate goal in every sale is to guarantee client satisfaction and that the experience inspires positive word of mouth. I genuinely feel privileged to be trusted to sell someone’s most valuable asset,” ensures Geoff. He continues, “I focus more on my client’s individual property goals and less on talking sale prices”.

Geoff and his team are specialists in the $7,000,000+ prestige residential market and continue to lead the sector in Mosman. In the past year, the team has secured a commanding 37% market share in the $7 – $10 million category, alongside a 34% market share in the $10 – $20 million segment—a clear reflection of their market leadership, depth of buyer relationships, and proven track record at the upper end of the market.
