In July, Genevieve decided to join the Ray White Bayside Group after successfully owning Ray White Patterson Lakes for 11 years. This change allows her to focus on what she loves most—listing and selling properties—while providing clients with the dedicated service they deserve. Before opening Ray White Patterson Lakes, she worked at Ray White Cheltenham, making her return feel like coming home.

I prioritize regular updates, maintain open communication, and strive to achieve the results they desire.”
Genevieve has a keen understanding of the ever-changing dynamics and demographics of the property market, with extensive experience in Bayside and its surrounding areas. She is passionate about the community and finds immense satisfaction in helping clients navigate their property journeys. In her free time, Genevieve loves spending time with her two daughters and husband, hosting gatherings with family and friends, and traveling. She also doesn’t mind getting her hands dirty with painting or making home improvements.
