When you mention ‘real estate’ to people they automatically think of sales and property management. However, the industry is amazingly varied with incredible opportunity in various sectors like residential, commercial, retail and industrial sales, administration, accounting and project development. Gayle has been fortunate to have gained experience in most roles within a real estate office - sales, property management, accounts and administration.  This fits well with her current role as General Manager for Ray White Erskineville I Alexandria I Glebe I Surry Hills where she is responsible for the operations of our offices - staff management, office administration and trust accounting. Gayle works behind the scenes to ensure that our sales and property management staff can provide the best service possible to our clients.

Gayle has always loved working with Ray White. It was established in Queensland in 1902 as a family company, and several White family members still work in the company today.  In many ways, although Ray White is now a global franchise, there remains a sense of comradery and family.

Having worked previously with Peter Natoli, our Managing Director, Gayle welcomed the opportunity to work with him along with Shaun Stoker and Ercan Ersan when they opened the Erskineville office in 2014.  

Erskineville has an eclectic mix of residents and is very neighbourly. It has managed to retain a village atmosphere despite several thousand new apartments being built here. Its close proximity to the City, train station and mix of cafes and pubs will always make this a sought after suburb. 

When not working Gayle enjoys spending time with family, reading, cooking and travelling as much as time allows.
