Fluent in both Mandarin and English, Eric travels to China and interstate every quarter to market properties that he is representing for sale, to new buyer audiences beyond the local market.
As an engaging communicator, Eric regularly catches up with clients, customers and friends (many who are past clients), for an evening meal at local cafes and restaurants.
