Emma brings a unique blend of real estate experience, creative expertise and professionalism to the Ray White Upper Blue Mountains team. She began her real estate career in 2002 on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, working across reception and property management before moving into the creative industry in 2009.
Over the following years, Emma built a respected career in photography and filmmaking, with her work exhibited in Sydney and Melbourne and featured across national and international media. Her portrait and documentary projects have been recognised by major Australian photography festivals and screened at film events, with coverage from outlets such as Marie Claire, SBS and the BBC.
After raising her family, Emma is now stepping back into a professional role where she can bring her organisational strengths, attention to detail and collaborative approach to support a busy, client focused team environment. Her background across interiors, creative direction and small business ownership gives her a unique blend of visual insight and people focused service.
Since relocating from Sydney to the Blue Mountains in 2025, Emma has found her place in Leura, feeling deeply connected to both the landscape and the local community. Outside of work she enjoys bush walks and hikes with friends, daily yoga practice and time in the garden with her family. These are the little things that keep her grounded, energised and inspired.
