With 13 years of experience at Ray White, including the past 10 years with Ray White Caringbah, Emma is an integral part of the team, playing a key role in the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Holding a Diploma in Business Administration and a current Class 2 Real Estate Licence, Emma brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and versatility to her role.

Throughout her time with Ray White, Emma has worked across a broad range of areas, including reception, administration, accounts, marketing, property management, open homes and auctions. This diverse experience has given her a comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry and the many moving parts involved in running a successful agency. Highly organised, proactive and exceptionally detail-oriented, Emma takes pride in keeping everything on track, supporting her colleagues and ensuring clients receive a professional and positive experience.

Prior to joining Ray White, Emma spent three years in the strata title management industry, further strengthening her knowledge of property and the importance of exceptional client service. Her ability to multitask, solve problems and adapt to the ever-changing demands of real estate makes her a valued and trusted member of the team.

Emma's dedication and commitment to the Ray White brand were recognised when she was named Administrator of the Year at the 2020 NSW Annual Ray White Awards, having previously been a finalist in 2018. These achievements reflect her strong work ethic, attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the high standards associated with the Ray White name.
