Emma joined the Ray White Surfers Paradise Group in 2011 as the senior commercial sales administrator responsible for all administrative systems and processes across our commercial offices.

From here Emma took on the commercial accounts side of our operation and after successfully auditing and streamlining processes here, she quickly took on the residential accounts combining two roles into one.

Emma’s current role encompasses all of our property marketing accounts, auction co-ordination and general management of sales administration procedures. Over her years with us, Emma has also had a hand in My Desktop training with all of our agents, co-ordinating the transition to the G5 / One System platform including training with corporate and all offices, and reviewing a lot of our systems & procedures to streamline efficiencies where possible.

Prior to starting with The Ray White Surfers Paradise Group, Emma worked in two other Ray White offices on the Gold Coast from 2005. Her duties there included reception, residential sales administration, property management assistant, holiday rentals, contracts / settlements and office management.
