Ella brings valuable local knowledge and a genuine commitment to helping property owners and tenants navigate their rental journey with confidence. In her role as Property Management Representative, she is responsible for conducting open homes, processing tenancy applications, coordinating lease sign-ups, carrying out routine inspections, managing repairs and maintenance requests, and assisting Senior Property Manager Amy Smith with the day-to-day management of the portfolio.
