He held various roles across inbound and outbound operations and developed hands-on expertise operating machinery such as forklifts, EPJs, and order pickers. This experience instilled in him a strong work ethic, discipline, and a high level of accountability.

Outside of work, Elias enjoys running, gym training, and spending quality time with his partner of 14 years, Georgia, and their two young sons, Marco and Charlie. Grounded, driven, and genuinely people-focused, Elias is dedicated to delivering exceptional service with care and professionalism.
