As Head of Brand and Talent, Eileen is responsible for TMG’s corporate reputation, brand strategy, and end-to-end brand experience. She also leads talent engagement, encompassing both internal capability development and external recruitment of high-calibre professionals.
With more than 20 years of experience across marketing and public relations, Eileen has partnered with leading global organisations, including McDonald’s, Microsoft, Unilever, Mazda, and the Australian Government's Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT).
In her role, Eileen oversees external marketing, public relations, events, partnerships, and sponsorships. She is also responsible for ensuring TMG’s workforce operates at a consistently high professional standard while supporting the attraction and retention of top industry talent.
