Eboni has somehow managed to get herself involved in just about every part of the business since joining Ray White Canning River in 2021.

Starting on reception, she moved into Team Cameron a year later and has since worked across sales, marketing and client communication. Over the past few years, she’s worked alongside Cameron Smart supporting more than $120 million in settled residential property sales, giving her a strong understanding of the property journey from start to finish.

Her work has also been recognised at the WA Ray White Awards, taking out PA / Sales Assistant of the Half Year and Personal Assistant / Sales Associate of the Year for 2025/26.

Now, as BDM | Team Cameron, Eboni works with investors on rental appraisals, preparing properties for lease, changing property managers and working out the best next move for their investment. She asks plenty of questions, loves getting into the details and takes the time to understand what each owner is actually trying to achieve.

Most importantly, Eboni believes you shouldn’t need a real estate licence to understand what’s happening with your own property. She’ll give you the information you need, explain it like a normal person, and if she doesn’t know the answer, she'll find the person on the team who does.

Outside of work, she’s usually trying a new creative hobby, making content for the office socials or stopping mid-sentence because someone brought a dog in.
