Previously working as an optical dispenser, Dylan found a love for supporting people, specifically through the personalisation of each client's experience to meet their needs and objectives. When Dylan is away from his desk, you’ll find him on the hockey field playing for the Toowoomba Open Men’s team. Playing sport at a high level emphasises his strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate effectively, and focus on achieving great results!
