His track record includes 99 Murriverie Road, North Bondi, which Daryl initially sold for $6.3 million before returning two years later to sell for $11.25 million during COVID restrictions, personally conducting more than 130 private inspections throughout the campaign.
In Vaucluse, what began as the appraisal of a single property developed into the strategic amalgamation of seven contiguous sites spanning more than 4,000sqm, ultimately sold to one developer.
